One-on-one virtual therapy for adolescents and adults navigating trauma, grief, burnout, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs and may incorporate approaches such as EMDR, CPT, DBT, and psychoeducation.

Therapy groups provide an opportunity to connect with others who may be experiencing similar challenges while building coping skills, insight, and support in a structured and therapeutic environment. Group offerings will vary throughout the year based on client needs and interests, typically include trauma, grief, general process, and DBT groups.

Walk & Talk Therapy combines the benefits of movement, nature, and conversation. Sessions take place outdoors in Somerset County NJ and surrounding areas and may be a good fit for clients who feel more comfortable processing while walking rather than sitting in an office or on a screen.

Extended therapy sessions ranging from 90 minutes to 2 hours for clients seeking deeper, more focused work. Intensives can be particularly helpful for trauma processing, CPT, EMDR, and clients who want to make meaningful progress in a shorter period of time. Offered on an out-of-network basis.

Whether you're a high school student exploring careers in counseling or social work, a college student preparing for graduate school, a recent graduate entering the field, or a therapist navigating the early stages of your career, I offer consultation and guidance based on my experience across multiple settings and levels of care. Topics may include career exploration, graduate school preparation, licensure pathways, professional development, job searching, burnout prevention, and navigating the realities of working in the mental health field. Offered on an out-of-network basis.
