If you'd like to move forward on our call, I'll verify your insurance benefits or out-of-network options and we can schedule. If you're not ready to schedule during the consultation, that's completely okay! We can discuss next steps and move at a pace that feels right for you.

First Session

We'll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what's been weighing on you, and identifying your goals. From there, we'll work together to build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change.
