Hi, I'm Kim!

I came to this work because I genuinely believe healing happens in connection, not in isolation. That belief has shaped every clinical decision I've made, including the environments I sought out early in my career. I wanted to sit with people at their hardest moments, across every level of care, so I worked in schools, residential facilities, PHP and IOP programs, and community settings before landing in private practice. That range was intentional. I wanted to understand what people actually need at different points in their lives, not just in one setting.

Trauma is at the core of what I do. Whether it's a single defining event, years of accumulated stress, or something that's hard to name but won't stop showing up, I don't look away from it. Sessions with me are conversational, grounded, and collaborative. You don't need to come in knowing exactly what to say. I'll meet you where you are, whether that means going deeper into processing past experiences or just getting through what's happening right now. I also tend to gently challenge when it's needed, especially if you're being hard on yourself or stuck in patterns that don't feel good anymore, but we'll always move at a pace that feels manageable.

Outside of the therapy room, you can find me at a cycling class, hunting down a new coffee shop, spending time outdoors, or hanging with my dog and my people.
