Hi, I'm Kim!
Over the years, I've had the privilege of supporting adolescents and adults through some of the most difficult moments of their lives, including trauma, grief, anxiety, burnout, and major life transitions.
I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely connected to the person sitting across from them.
My goal isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you better understand yourself, your experiences, and the patterns that may be keeping you stuck so that you can move forward in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
My goal in therapy is to help you feel welcome, accepted, and at peace while we sort out the challenges you are facing. I utilizes a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including: Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Grief Recovery Method, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In session, I use an eclectic, strength-based approach, and often incorporate a holistic approach and psychoeducation.
